In-Office Dental Plan – Smile Easier. Save Money.
At our Baton Rouge dentist office, we are pleased to offer an in-office dental plan program for our patients who do not currently have dental coverage. This plan is similar to dental insurance, but smarter! This plan allows our patients to receive optimal dental care while maintaining their oral health.
Annual membership benefits include:
- Dental Exams (1 per person per benefit year)
- Basic cleanings (2 per person per benefit year)
- X-Rays (4 images)
- Fluoride Treatments (2 per person per benefit year)
Annual Membership Cost:
- Individual: $309 (annually)
- Individual + Spouse: $529
- Each additional individual: $219
